I like it a lot. I love the colors, the necklace hanging down right where things start to fade into darkness, and I seriously love your expression. It's very intense. And when I first saw this, I thought that your bracelet was a rope and you were tied to the ladder. 
The only thing I don't like is the giant watermark smack dab in the middle of the picture. dA's default watermark is very ugly and distracting.
